Our Team

Oluwadara is currently a fourth-year doctoral candidate, studying materials chemistry with a focus on optoelectronic materials development and applications at Florida State University’s Chemistry and Biochemistry Department. Prior to his graduate school education, he finished with a first-class degree in Chemistry (2018) from the prestigious University of Ibadan (Chemistry Department).

Oluwadara came into i-Scholar Initiative in 2019 as one of the scholars of the maiden edition of the scholarship. He has contributed to i-SI’s publications of invaluable graduate application content for prospective applicants seeking graduate school opportunities. 

Oluwadara joined the i-SI management board in 2024 to serve with the Strategic Partnership & Innovation Team. He likes to explore nature. He loves gospel music, sings, and plays the guitar.
